Returns Policy
We have a returns policy in place to ensure our customers can return any faulty items purchased from Style Locker. We are happy to refund or exchange your order if the product is faulty this will always be done by post. If at all you are not entirely happy with your purchase see below for details of our returns policy.
You can return any faulty item for us to check, we will refund or exchange where ever appropriate. However at StyleLocker we have strict rules under which we go by in order to meet each of our customers requirements, therefore returns for us are a major disruption. We are happy to refund any customers with a broken or a faulty item(s), or in the rare occasion if an Item was an item was lost, but for this we would have to investigate the situation for a period of at least 2-3 weeks. We do not provide refunds for items that you simply don’t like, or if it doesn’t look like the picture you saw; as all our Items are described to perfection and the images used are chosen carefully from a large variety of images of the same product.
If you would like a refund or exchange on your purchase then please visit the contact us page to fill out a form. The product/products should be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition within 7 days of purchase. A receipt is required as proof of purchase with no acceptations. We regret to inform you that we can not refund your return postage costs.
Please give us up to three weeks to process your refund once we have received your goods. The refund will be credited back to the same payment card/account used to purchase with.
We will email you to confirm receipt of your order and send a further email to confirm your goods have been dispatched. As soon as we sell out of a product the information will be removed from the website.
Every effect is made to ensure the accuracy of our product information. However, if there is a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund. We stock a huge range of products, so if a product you are looking for is not on our site – you can email us and our team will find the product you are looking for.
Payment Options
We use the fast growing PayPal service to complete our transactions, PayPal accepts the following: Visa, Delta, Swift, Electron and Mastercard. You don’t need a PayPal account to complete a transaction, you simply checkout fill in your card details and complete the order. It’s Fast, Easy and Secure.
