Shipments and Returns

Your packed shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail. If you prefer Next Day Delivery within the UK, an additional cost will be applied. If you would like tracked delivery, please select the option for tracking.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

UK Inland Delivery

Delivery normally takes 2-3 days to arrive in the UK. Options for next day delivery are also available for an additional cost. All items are carefully packed and sent using Royal Mail. 

International Shipping

Packages being shipped worldwide are carefully packaged to make sure your goods reach you safely and securely. All orders are dispatched withing 2 working days of receiving payment. International shipping normally takes 3-5 days to arrive, but we ask that you are patient as items can be delayed due to weather etc. 

Returns

Please always check your size before purchasing, if you need any help on sizing information, we have carefully set up size charts on our products so that you can check if everything measures up properly for you. If you have purchased and item and would like to exchange for a different size, please contanct us. We generally DO NOT provide refunds for items simply because you didn't know what size you are. In the unlikely event of an acception, we ask that all items are returned to us with some reference of the particular item you purchased as well as your name and the address you would like us to ship your exchanged item. 

Damaged/Faulty Items

In the rare event of an item being damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions to return/replace. You must contact us withing 2 weeks of purchasing your item and you must not wear or wash your product, otherwise we will deem it irreplacable. We have received clothing on numerous occassions that have been worn and we simply do not refund as the product is no longer re-salable.
